Your certificate came from your trainer.

Training Stamp is the service they used to make it and send it. Your certificate is real, it was issued by the person or organisation named on it, and replying to the email it came in reaches them directly. Nothing about you is tracked here: no pixel in the email, no cookie on this page, and we never write to you ourselves.

If you have a question about your record, ask your trainer. They hold it, and they can correct it, send you a copy, or delete it. Our privacy page says what is held and by whom.
